How Does Shipping Work?

  • All orders (unless otherwise noted in the product description) are shipped from Auburndale, Florida. Our current turnaround for processing and mailing physical orders is one to three business days.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and fulfilled. 

For United States Domestic Orders

  • Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $4.99, are sent via USPS first-class mail, and typically arrive within 1-5 business days after it has been mailed.

  • Orders over $50 are eligible to ship free with code SHIPFREE at checkout, are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Priority mail, and typically arrive within 1-3 business days after being mailed. 

    For International Orders

  • You can email me the name of your country and the items you are interested in purchasing - I will provide you an invoice quote with the included shipping rate. I am not responsible for VAT, Customs, or any other taxes or fees associated with the receipt of your order within your country.

What if My Order is Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in the Mail?

  • Contact us if your delivery is lost, delayed, or damaged. Once the mail carrier has received the package and you have received your tracking information, I can only track it alongside you with the same tracking info provided in your fulfillment email. I do my best to package well, however incidents do happen with the postal service. Although I will try to help remedy the issue on my end, I cannot guarantee a replacement since many of our products in the DeKelis boutique/shop are handmade or made to order. Mail insurance is added to all mailed orders so that you can file a claim with the designated mail carrier:

Do You Offer Local Pick-Up or Delivery?

Local Pick-up and Delivery are available within Polk County for the following cities: Lakeland, Auburndale, Winter Haven, and Polk City. There is no additional charge.

Do You Offer Local Delivery for Large Paintings?

Local delivery or pick-up options for paintings over 30" in length are extended to Polk County, Orlando, and the Tampa Bay area. Please email me for details. 

What if I am Not Satisfied with My Order?

If you receive your order and are dissatisfied, please let me know within seven (7) days of delivery. I cannot accept returns or guarantee a refund, exchange, or equal replacement for the handmade and one-of-a-kind products in the shop. However, I will do my best to remedy the issue. 

Do You Accept Order Cancellations?

Orders that have yet to be shipped may be canceled and refunded. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been mailed and have received your fulfillment email and tracking. 

What if I Need to Make a Mailing Address Change?

You can request a mailing address change before the fulfillment of your order via email. If your order has been processed and delivered to the mail carrier, the address cannot be changed.

Can I Use Your Art or Alter Your Products to Sell?

All of the artwork and digital products sold on DeKelisArtStudio.com are the original and intellectual property of Desiraé K. Ofori, owner of DeKelis Arts Studio, LLC. The purchase of any artwork and product does not transfer copyright ownership. The artwork and products are not to be used for commercial or resale use.
